GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 18, 2012-- Universal Forest Products, Inc. (Nasdaq: UFPI) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors approved a semiannual dividend payment of $0.20 per share at their October 17, 2012 meeting. The dividend is payable on December 15, 2012, to shareholders of record on December 1, 2012.
