Universal Forest Products Announces an Increase to Its Cash Dividend
GRAND RAPIDS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 2005--Universal Forest Products, Inc. (Nasdaq:UFPI) today announced an increase in its semi-annual dividend to $0.055 per share payable December 15, 2005 to shareholders of record on December 1, 2005.
The Company has increased its dividend in each of the past 12 years. The increase was approved by the Company's Board of Directors at their October 18, 2005 meeting.
